Walking Coaching

If you’re based in Worcestershire or Herefordshire, I also offer local walk-and-talk coaching sessions. Sometimes the most powerful conversations happen outdoors, where movement, fresh air, and nature combine to help you think more clearly and feel more grounded.

These sessions are perfect if you:

  • Feel more comfortable talking while walking rather than sitting face-to-face
  • Want the added calm and inspiration of being in nature
  • Enjoy a gentle, mindful pace that allows space for reflection

Walking alongside one another creates a relaxed and equal space for conversation. You’ll find it easier to let your thoughts flow, gain new perspectives, and leave with a lighter step, both physically and emotionally.
