Whether you join for a few hours or a few days, you’ll leave with greater self-awareness, renewed energy, and practical steps you can carry into your everyday life.

Menopause Matters Together

Menopause Matters Together is a supportive hour for women to come together, connect, and share experiences in a safe, welcoming space in Malvern, UK.

This is a space where you don’t have to feel alone. While menopause is a natural part of life, it can also feel isolating, and being alongside others who are navigating similar experiences, can make all the difference.

This is a peer-support walk and talk. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right for you,

When: Last Wednesday of the month

Where: TBC Malvern, UK

Please note: this is a peer-support space rather than therapy, and it may not be suitable for those currently in crisis or needing urgent support.

 

Moon Illumination

Step into a calm, nurturing space illuminated by the energy of the full moon. Together, we’ll journey inward through guided meditation and gentle ritual — a chance to release what no longer serves and create space for renewal. Oracle cards will be woven into the experience, offering intuitive guidance and deeper reflection, helping you to listen more closely to your inner wisdom.

This gathering invites you to pause beneath the moonlight, open to insight, and realign with clarity. Through stillness, intention, and shared reflection, you’ll be guided to let go, receive guidance, and step forward with trust.
